Respondent is not available at home to receive court notice

Sir

I and my wife are separated now since almost 1 year 11 months because of usual family fight. Then after several attempts she is not ok to reunion. So I send lower notice to divorce. She also received at her house. Now she changed her house with her parents and we don’t know where she is staying. Now I filed a case in court for divorce, so court will send notice to be presence in court right. But she is not at the old house when she received my first notice. I am not knowing her new address too. So she cant receive the court notice also. What will happen in this situation? What court will do? If court not doing anything to find her, what I have to do?

This is a common ploy. Your lawyer can seek newspaper notices.

hire a private detective

no need to hire private detective.  Just notice through newspaper is sufficient.
