Residential society used as commercial

i am staying in a society in flat, the apartment is unregistered, it is made for weaker class, but here the people have opened boutiques and offices and whole day the customers are comming and going and parking their vehicles in front of my residence which is causing great nuisance, please advice me what i can do for this, thank you in advance!
