My mom owns a pagadi system room in mumbai ,she wants to give it on rent to other person. Our building owner demanding 35 % of rent as non occupancy charges... So what is legal % to give a room on rent.. What is right procedure for it ? If we gave 35% of rent we received, should we take receipt of it from him.. How the agreement should be made between we and the other person for letting the room ? What will be the cost of stamp paper ? How many copies should we hv to make ? Can he misuse it to capture our room ?
