From my tenant, I received permanent injunction.  My question is that still can i have right to sell my property other persons ????????

and if i sell will the other person will have a problem.??????

in overall what happens if i sell my property on which i received a permanent injunction suite from my tenant.?????????????

You would require a Sales Tax Number for the Sate where you want to do your business. No, without permission from the Government Authority in control of premises, you cannot do business therefrom. However, permission, if any sought, is bound to be refused.
