Regarding fraudulent marriage

I got married 2 months ago, and after that my father-in-law gave me some medicines and told me that she is having some mental disorder(tension, insomnia). I searched about that medicines and got to know that these are for psychotic conditions and other mental problems. After that I asked My in-law for priscripttion paper but he refused to give me saying excuses. I have not told this to my family members. What should I do and how could I file a complaint and what are the procedures for this?
Please help

Better go and file criminal complaint to local police against all those who were administering your wrong medicine that could be fatal and even caused severe mental ailment. No question of asking anyone here in the forum as people will only misguide you and mislead you talking all sort of nonsense.

If the mental disorder is sufficiently serious, you can apply for divorce.

I think it'll be difficult for you to prove that they misguided you.     So don't try to prosecute them.

About wrong prescripttion.      I have no comments.

You can file a Petition for declaring your marriage null and void on the ground that your consent for the same was obtained by fraud/  misrepresentation.
