Mother tongue do not make any difference in marriage.

Some vital information has been concealed.

Consult a local prudent lawyer.

Rule number 1: If two adults want to get married, nobody can stop them even if they are of different religion, race, ethnicity, language or caste.

If both of you are Hindus, you can go to Arya Samaj temple and get married , get the temple certificate and get it registered in the Court Of Law. Do Not forget to have some photos and/or video of the phera ceremony.

If you do not want to go thru religion route, just hire an advocate , go to court and get married under special marriage act.   If you truly love each other, caste, religion, language, food habits do not matter.
