my grandfather bought had 22 acres bought on1932,he had 3sons and 2daughters,one part of land i.e 7acres were given to eledest son and grandfather has written a settlement stating remaining share will go to his two sons in 1970.the daughters are no more,now the heirs of the daughters are asking for share,kindly provide is there any legal right is for them in the property
