Dear Sir,
I have paid Rs.9,00,000/- ( Rupees Nine lakhs) as booking advance with registered sale agreement in the month of July-2012 & subsequently i Have paid Rs.3,90,00/ through Cheques & Cash (Receipt given by Builder) for flat in an apartment . After looking into the poor quality of the work by builder i have cancelled that flat.
In Cancellation deed he has mentioned cheque numbers for Rs 12 lakhs and he has paid also but balance Rs.90,000/ he is not paying.
How i can take further action against him. I am holding all the payment details with receipts & Acknowledgements.
Please help in this matter.
