Hi we are based in Mumbai as tenant , In 2001 we made consent with land owner to take the ownership of particular land by paying certain amount. We have decree along with the receipt of amount paid to the land owner. We are total 72 tenants out which only 32 have their original decree of particular consent. Now we have received a proposal from devlope the said property.

Q2. What is the best other way to secure to ownership in above case.
Q3. Shall we give consent to the Devloper to devlope said property.
