My wife went to her father's house and has not yet returned. It's been about 18 months she left my house.Many attempts were made to bring her back to my house through phone calls,whatsapp and direct visit to her house but no luck.I sent a legal notice about 6 months back, she sent a reply stating her demands and conditions that I can't accept.I waited for 2 months for her return then I filed RCR in family court about 4 months back.
There has been no hearing of both of us in court till now. Meanwhile, we are exchanging messages over phone and I want to compromise on few of her conditions and withdraw the RCR case as she is willing to rejoin me.
Please let me know the withdrawal procedure of RCR case?
