Dera sir/mam My query is if wife files rcr against husband after sepration of 8 months...and husband on agreeing in front of judge refuses to take wife back outside court what can be done then.

if husband doesn't join the wife in the matrimonial home inspite of the rcr in her favour then that becomes a reason for filing divorce by the wife.court cant force husband to join wife

Court can't force husband to live with wife. If wife get rcr in her favour then she can get divorce on the basis of this rcr. If nothing remains in relationships better go mcd instead of wasting time and money in court.
