quashing of private complaint U/s 420, 120b, 467, 468, 471 etc.

Facts....Falsely implicating govt. employees in private complaint alleging that they open fake institue n issued fake certificates to students after two years. complainants have discharge two ladies out of five accused during pre charge evidence.. Employees have proper attendance record of service of alleged two years. No original record on court file till date regarding their involment or receipt of money in lieu of admison. Only photocopy of few payments. No signature n name on receipts. Only verbal statement of complainants alleging involvement of accused in case. Can fit for quashing complaint.
