after how many dates in court we can go to HC for quarshing 498a. i have following documents can i go now for HC for quarshing.
1) section 9 HMA
2) Affidavite given by my wife in which she mentioned the list of goods and jewallary and cost and their is no demand for dowary . ( executive megistrate attested and have photo in front of megistrate )----actuall my wife do't know about this document i got this by trick from her...................
3) letter given to DIG that my wife has taken jewallary and my inlaws give threats.
4) my divorce case was running against her she did't not present in court at all and then i took back.
5) my father put case on me for permament dispossesion In which they also stated that my wife give threats to me for putting criminal case ( CAN MY FATHER CASE HELP ME )
6) when i took back Divorce case my father in law give threats me on phone so i give statement in front of Executive megistrate .
can i go for Divorce now and quarshing on ground of all these.
