salary cycle : 1st to end of month.
salary :9000pm in both the branches
Employee of pune brach transfered to andhra pradesh branch on 15th of jan.(i.e. mid of the month) permanently.
then how to pay employee? how to decide his PT dedn as next 15 days salary processing is taking place from andhra pradesh situated branch. as far as i know pt slab differs from state to state.then pt in one branch (pune) shud b deducted on monthly basis 175/- & again on monthly bases for next 16 days for AP Branch?
plz clarify u experts!
