Can a trustee absorb the property in his name upon the disolve of trust.PL ADVICE

the answer is no. if its a private trust then this must me transferred to the benefeciary and in absence of the same their leagl heirs. if its a public trust then it must be transferred to some other trust/ society with similar objeccts as per the society registration act.

Actually the trust is a private trust and the trustees are family members.

who is the benefeciary? in case of dispute you ar bound to go to the principal civil court having jurisdiction.

if private trust then  to see object of trust  and distribution of proerty  clause / dissoution of trust clause and who are beneficiaties.
