I have filed civil suit against my estranged wife for possession and injunctions, the matter is pending in the court.
There's no relationship in existence with my estranged wife for more than 15 years. The divorce petition was fraudulently disposed without even a hearing to continue with DV case. She don't have any merits to approach for any relief in any court, so her lawyer has come out with a criminal intent. She's got her own property.
My child who's going to be an adult in a few months time. There's a a reasonable apprehension that my child is going to be entertained in the suit property which is against my interest.
I am unemployed and cannot afford to hire a lawyer.
My question is Do I need to file an FIR at the police station? and then submit the copy to the court.
Or just leave it as it is and wait for things to happen?
