dear sir
my father died in 1999 and my DOB is 10.09.1986.
my uncle made power of attorney in 2000 by me, my elder brother and my elder sister in favour of my mother to sale the house owned by my father.
later on my uncle has transferred the house.
whether power of attorney valid or not to execute sale/transfer?

First of all, state your problem in detail.
Your uncle is no way connected to your father's property.

Respected Sir,
Today my mother came to my house and taken away jwellery worth 2.30 lakhs (Approx.) which my wife got from my mother & Father Sides relatives at the time of our marriage, further taken away jwellery also includes jwellery given by my mother & father sides relatives at the time of birth of my daughter.
So I want to know it is legally right or wrong. And now what steps to be taken to recover it back.
Please guide me.

During partition, MY FATHER gave his house to my uncle to stay there without sale to my uncle.
