my father gifted through registered gift deed his self earned property to his unmarried daughter (my sister)
my sister died one year ago
we later came to know that my father transferred back the property in his name without us knowing
now he is transferring the property to his brother
can we challenge and file a injuction/stay
1 what is the procedure for obtaining the documents he submitted in the court/registrar office to transfer the property in his name
2 what is the procedure to challenge our share and to stop him from transfring the property in court/registrar office
