Procedure to formally hand over court judgement to tenant

Hi,

We got result for tenant eviction case last month asking to tenant to vacate after 2 months but yet to receive certified copy of judgement from the court. Can you clarify whether court sends across Judgement copy to the tenant or it is owner's responsibility to go and let the tenant know that Judgement come and asking them to vacate. 

Does the 2 months count from day Judgement is made in Court or from the day we communicate to the tenant.

Note: The tenant never showed up to the court and doesn't have an advocate for his own.

It is okay and appreciable but what is the purpose of this message here

The court will not send the judgement neither you have to send a copy to him.

If he's not vacating the premises after the stipulated time period, you may file an execution petition to execute the court order as per procedures of law.

You remain silent till expiry of two months period thereafter file execution petit.petition together executed cute court's  judgment.

No court sends orders passed by it to any party, which the parties have to take a copy for further proceeding, if required.

Obtain certified copy of the judgment by filing an application as per procedure and wait for filing of an appeal by the tenant, if any.

Meanwhile let a caveat petition be filed by you in appellate court through your lawyer.
