Register that deal in the office of Registrar or Sub Registrar of Land records its is also called as Saathekhat. The registrar confirms that deal and legally it signifies that Seller has received and buyer has paid the money against Land/Property Sold & Purchased but transfer or Sales Deed on the revenue department records or 7/12 not done due to some reasons. But its safe for both the parties to prove that transation has been carried but the parties have to pay the fees and charges to Registrar and Stamp duty on Land price.
