Police counselling

hi,

i been called for police counselling . Idk what my wife filed against me.Can i tell them directly i dont want her back in my life after what she did..and stuff.. need help

file an application before CAW cell under Right to information Act, 2005 and get true copies of the complaint and after that file your written reply before CAW Cell/Women Cell and fight the case on merit with the help of lawyer.

You have to attend the counseling session arranged by police CAW cell or else the case will be decided against you. Make sure that you obtain AB suppose there is a FIR pending before attending the session. You may, i the session vent out your grievances and proposals as stated in your query, look for the possibilities of reunion through police or else, you may communicate your decision to take up the case through court of law and give your statement accordingly to the police and plan about next legal course of action.
