Plot converted as a water body, covered under ftl of tank

1.      We have purchased a plot in Sri Sainath Enclave in the year 1995.  After enquiring and verifying the following documents and got registered sale deed in my name, at S.R.O. MALKAJGIRI Hyderabad.

 a.      Urban Ceiling Exemption under G.O. No. 733.dated 31-10-1988

b.      Certificate of ownership under section 38-E issued by the honorable RDO, Hyd-east-on 28-04-1983

c.       Approved layout( Local Panchayathi at that time)

d.      Encumbrance certificate

e.      land pahani copies

f.        Seller continuously published in newspapers for sale and about land clear titles.

g.      Personal enquiry in and around layout area and revenue office

2.      Whereas ,Subsequently after some years HUDA had mentioned Survey No. 631 (part) as a water body, covered under FTL of Kapra Tank, though there has been no water all these years and from decades it was an agricultural land which is converted into open plots as per the government applicable norms at that time. This is proper evidence that in the later period only HUDA has transformed Survey No. 631 (partly) of Kapra Village to FTL (water body). At time of purchase of plot, there was no such demarcation done and property was duly transferred in my name.

3.      We are middle class people, invested all our hard earning money on this plot .please help us, how to compensate our money and any procedure to be followed in this regard.

Advocate P. Chandrasen Reddy had filed a PIL challenging the government’s move to regularise the lands in 2009. The High Court had declared that the 627-acre prime land at Khanamet near Hitec City belonged to Gurukul Trust, but said that encroachers and other occupants of residential houses be allowed to stay provided they had already applied for regularisation of their lands.File a PIL with the same cause.
