Dear Experts,
I have filed a divorce case against wife on cruelty and it has reached cross examination stage. I have already submitted written evidences of all my witnesses. Next week has been fixed for cross examination. Now could you please advise on the following:
1. We have given all instances of her cruelty , right up to now. Is that ok ? Because she has continued her atrocities even now.
2. How do we prepare ourselves for the cross. Any special attention.

as already you had filed and next is for cross examination so go through the affidavit throughlly from your end and you should be aware what statements you had given in the affidavit and also if any evidences you had filed once cross check every document

Thanks indeed very much. She has made my life miserable and has been continuing her atrocities on me and my family members even when the case is subjudice.
