1.We have a 2storey house owned by My father & 2 brothers .Each brother live on a floor of a 2 storey building.
2.The brother on ground floor wants to give his house portion (alongwith a shop in front of ground) on rent.
3.But my father is worried to provide the ground portion on rent.Because it will be troublesome to vacate then.
4.The whole property is on the name of 3 brothers.
5.Though they dont have papers of the property Are they authorised to give their portion on rent ??
What shall we do to oppose them to give the ground floor on rent ?? Please advise.
