Physical share transfer

After submitting ans. sheet examiner is changing question paper . 

Now consequence you only imagine .

ok will still try , examiner is new
 

Whether anything is mentioned in will about those shares ? Whether anything is mentioned about anything apart from specified property like flat , gold etc. , means if anything is left apart from things mentioned in will then xyz will be owner of it . Whether such thing is mentioned or not?

If equity shares are mentioned in WILL then WILL is to be probated in Mumbai.

WILL is not probated, this is the issue

In Mumbai it is mandatory to probate the WILL.

now i think the only option i have to go for succession certificate

If the WILL exists and is known then how do you see to avoid WILL.

Becasue the share tranfer agent need a probated WILL to transfer the shares

can you let me know some more things 1- Is Succession Suit and Succession certifiacte same or differant documents? 2- My parents died 10 yers back, is there any time frame in which a paeson needs to appile for the document to court? 3 - i stay in mumbai so how much would be the cout fees appox?

So, the existence of WILL is known to agent and company!

The delay in acting upon WILL may .....................may invite some suspicion but still probate may be granted.
