Dear Querist,
You will need to submit representation citing your grievances as well as relief you are asking for. If the same is not resolved in a reasonable time, you will then need to file appropriate petition/application before AFT of your place or you may do so in Principle Bench, New Delhi, if you are posted in New Delhi.
