petition against rcr decree in high court

Within how many days a husband can file petition agaist rcr decree obtained by wife from district court.which petition he can apply?divorce or judicial seperation?or what else?plz guide

If you are husband is not desirous to continue, he can challange the decree in appeal in high court within 90 days.

Section 9 (2) of hindu marragie act

Nothing shall be pleaded in answer to a petition for restitution of conjugal rights which shall not be a ground for judicial separation or for nullity of marriage or for divorce.
