Hello all,Myself Manu verma from Ludhiana. We have property dispute.We are staying at our place since 1980.this house (300 sq yards) is existing on my grandfather's name.He expired in 2005.we have our separate portion.my one uncle and grandmother created dispute over our portion. My father expired in 1999.my brother is paralysed and mother is also deseased. We have filed a suit for permanent injunction in 2010 and got the stay also. Possession over our portion admitted one. My uncle shown a false will. Which has challenged. They are enjoying their own share also 12 rooms on first floor are rented. They are taking the rent. ,I want to know the scope of this case..how much chances to win.? Plz help.
