Is there any more waiting period after marriage is dissolved by the family court under MCD? When the person can get married after marriage is dissolved?

it was 30 days earlier now it has been extended up to 90 days. for all decree under HMA 1955,but in your case it was under MCD,she has little option to contest a MCD divorce decree,

If the marriage is dissolved by mutual consent of parties, either of the spouses can marry immediately. No need to wait to remarry.
But any of the spouses can have a little chance to challenge the decree on the grounds of misrepresentation, coercion, fraud etc.
So, better to wait 90 days till the period of appeal is expired.
