Q. I want to know if a girl files 498a against boy and his family members. where her father in law is retired Govt. officer (Income tax officer rank). So, Whehter being in FIR for 498a and several other sections makes his Pension stopped by Govt. or by girl? What are the likely chances?

If answer is yes to above question: How to avoid it. I mean what measure should be taken so that pension is not stopped just because of 498a FIR.

FIR is no ground for stoppage of pension. It is only conviction which is a proven misconduct.
