i am one of the plaintiffs amoung others of partition suit of ancestor property as per Mohammadan Law in 1992 but this suit is dismissed in 2005 or 2006. All defendants has filed his written statement in the court. as no one either plaintiff or defendants has much interest in the suit the suit is dismissed.
Now i am again want to file the new Partation suit of the same property.
Can I allowed to do this as per provision of law? or can old partition suit will recalled after so long time.
please give me the best advice.
