Parole for undertrial

Come out with the case history for a suitable suggestiion.

There are 4 cases filed with IPC 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B IPC. we managed to get bail in one of the cases. However the application is now under listed and category and it's taking time for the case to be taken up. Basically there is a group of land mafia who has done all this by heavilly bribing the officials so they can grab and sell the land.

Now we have a marriage (accused son's) in our house and wants the accussed to attend. 

Please let me know if there is any procedure for the same.
