P.F. Settlement while F & F

Hi,

ersh here, I want to know abt PF Settlement when employee is resigning from one instituite and swaitching to another.

1. what is pf settlement?

2.what will be the diff. options for pf settlement?

3. what will be the legel obligations & steps employer have to follow for this?

4. is there any formality/ procedure n form which employee shud follow?

5. what is PF transfer is it the same which comes in pf settlement?

6. what are the important dates in case of PF Form filings in normal conditions?

7.What is the PF joining Date?

Dear Ersh you can withdraw your PF after resignation but after 2 months of your last contribution. Even you can transfer your PF if you switch over your company. Option is up to u. And there is no such date of filling the form. Just get PF FORM 10-C, 10-D, 19 fromPF office which is free of cost and fill it and get attested from your last organisation and submit in PF office.
