I want to know what are rules regarding terrace/roof of a multi storey flats building.Some greedy builders sell the roof to top flat owner who locks it.Many services like water tanks, water tank overflow, tank maintenance and satellite antenna etc are to be fitted on roof only for below flats.
What is law in India.Is there any supreme court or High court ruling? What government regulator says?
In my opinion terrace should Eb common property of building and should Eb maintained like any other common building area.
