Dear Legal Fraternity,
Recently in Chennai, an unidentified miscreant rammed a passenger train in to a goods train and there by caused a damage worth of 100 crores. CBCID and RPF Sleuths still investigating this case but no concrete evidence got. For the lapse of RPF, our country suffered a loss of 100 crores done by a person. In such a situation, who can be held responsible for the mistakes of the security person in the Railway station ?
