on probate and associated developments

Request for valuable opinions from esteemed experts. Sir/Madam, Probate has been granted by the civil court on the will of my father recently. However, some questions are as follows:- (a)the opponents of probate had registered the land to some parties despite injunction on the same during pendency of the case. (b)art 145crpc has been enforced on the same piece of land to avoid capture by the buyers of the opposite party. In view of the foregoing, please suggest the ways to get control of the land. Does grant of probate to the will of my father means a declaration of registry to be void in itself. Please take note that registry was done despite the injunction order passed by the court. Waiting in anticipation Sd singh
