Notice under 477A of IPC

What is the facts? There is no typical forma for this puprpose . The charges are criminal in nature and I am not sure how a show cause notice would help when police is the only investigating agency in this repsect.

and further if u want to give notice give it  but no performa type notice is avilable.

Dear Sir,

The Company is intending to give a chance to the employee for confessing before it goes for thye police complaint. Hence the show cause notice.

As suggested by you, I shall prepare a general notice stating the facts.
