My father, Retired IAS, puerchased a house with three tenants. He wants to evict them under Sec 9 WBPT act as we can't accommodate ourselves otherwise.
1. May I have a model/sample of Notice to Quit ?
2. Whether it is necessery to mention the sections of WBPT act in the NQ ?
