non traceable certificate

Hello Sir we r living in Chennai my father lost original property documents then we gave complaint and the police gave Csr but the registrar asking non traceable certificate but the police didn't gave non traceable certificate they delaying. Pls help where I will get non traceable certificate in Chennai.
