Nominal cost for a Divorce case and also maintainnence case

How much nominally it will cost me for leading a divorce case and a maintainence case seperately.

Please can anybody tell me amount

You will have to pay the court fee according to your state court fee act and for criminal miscelleneous to claim the maintenance there is very megre fees. Regarding advocate fees you talk with your advocate.

1. Every State Courts have Legal Aid Services Centre. Check with them for providing Legal Aid. Now a days there is no such upper limit for needy women to grant a State Councel on state subsidised expenses to you.
2. There is a unique concept called BPL = "Below Powerty Line" which is a card / certificate issued by a Govt. official rank and file of Excuitve Magistrate / Special Divisional Mgistrate or even by Magistrate Second Class. Recollecting your older posts think loud to try for such Card / Certificate.
