Noida rape case: is media distorting facts?

take recent noida rape case.

police is saying that the girl drinks vodka voluntarily herself.

media is saying that the girl was forced to drink vodka against her will.

which one is true and why?

how media comes to know the girl was forced to drink vodka against her will when source of media is only police?

is media playing a dirty one sided game?

The issue is are we to believe the police version or the media? which one can be taken on records as a relevant evidence in the case?

Let the police or the media make a chirpy chip chip, and let the Prosecution do his duty with the rules of eviedence by producing his witnesses in the dock.

People of this country should always apply their mind and not blindly accept whatever information is being spread for public consumption. In this country niether the media or the police or the government is always speaking the truth. All speak as per their political convenience. Because of this the honesty and truth of the citizens of this country becomes the biggest casualty. Read this what the "Hon'ble" Chief Minister of West Bengal is speaking and jumping to conclusions even before investigations are over about a similar case to politically defend her government and the DG of State Police nods in agreement https://www.telegraphindia.com/1120229/jsp/frontpage/story_15193555.jsp
