No quashing firs until divorce is finalized: hc

In this news: -

a) Quashing has been prayed under which ground is not clear.

b) I guess, quashing has been preyed in compromising ground u/s 482 CrPC only by showing the divorce proceeding is going on in family court in mutual consent.

So clearly,

why HC will grant this ???????
