NO ALIMONY TO WIFE FOR LYING AND MISREPRESENTING

Genuine cases of woman harassments are very very Less. Usually Genuine harrssment do not come to Court, and those Ladies bare with it, and save their marriage. On lapse of temporory period of unhappiness for  few months, family again become happy. Only Truth prevails. 

Majority of cases filed against husband for 498 harassment and mtn by woman leading to breaking the family, are undesirable, It is anti Social, unjustified and false. Women not comming with clean hand, and giving negative  evidence after receiveing money in 498 cases!! 

They use law to bargain. 

Ladies are taking undue advantages of Laws in their favour.  Children are sufferers. Soon we r spoiling our Society in India with these ladies favouring Laws.

Dear Learned Friends...

One day this will happen(law regarding injustice to men will be removed). And that one day will come only when the Lawmakers (Elected members and their family suffers). I pray to GOD to show (make them suffer)  this problems to the lawmakers of this country...ASAP.

So much of country's productive youth years are being wasted in corridoors of courts. Courts only give dates....not justice. In such a large country, especially where marriages are near-universal, there must be some % of FAILED MARRIAGES TOO. Why not the law accept it in its face, in the name of SAVING THE MARRIAGE, a lot of misdeeds are allowed by law.

There should be liberal laws to dissolve the marriage, one party shud not be allowed to prolong the case for yrs togather & spoil the life of both families. The present trends force the sufferers to resort to criminal ways to get rid of a dead relationship.........I think. No doubt, adultry, bigamy, 420, & murders are bound 2 increase!

B. PRIOR HER FIRST MARRIAGE HER ONE ENGAGEMTN  WAS CANCELLED AND FROM THEM THEY COLLECTED HUGE AMOUNT FOR CANCELLETAION.,( DUE TO ABOVE A ITEM BOY SIDE CANCELLED THE ENGAGEMENT )

C.ON HER FIRST MARRIAGE SHE GOT TWO DAUGHTER BUT TO MYFRIEND THEY TOLD ONE.ON HER FIRST LEGAL HUSBAND ALSO THEY FILED 498A AND OTHER AND FROM THEM THEY COLLECTED HUGE AMOUNT\.

D. FROM FIRST LEGAL HUSBAND SHE IS NOT HAVING ANY DECREE BUT HAVING DEED OF DIVORECE SIGNED IN SUB REGISTRAR OFFICE WHEREAS THEY TOLD SHE IS HAVING DIVORECE.

E. NOW ON MY FRIEND SHE IS TRYING TO NEGOTIATE WITH HUGE AMOUNT OTHERSIDE THREATNING CALLS ARE COMING FOR 498A AND  OTHERS.

SIR,  THE GIRL  SIDES ARE VERY STONG, THEY ARE HAVING VERY GOOD POLITICIAN SUPPORT , THEY ARE HAVING SOME GUNDA TYPE PERSONS WITH THEM., PLS ADVISE WHAT MY FRIEND SHOULD DO?

FILE annulment on basis of fraud and subsisting marriage , this is a case of void marriage. just get it stamped as void and teach her a lesson.

this is not a case of voidable but void ab initio marriage.

but be fast before she files any false case on ur friend once ur petition is accepted for hearing just enjoy and forget about false cases.

GIVE her a job to fend herself... now the funny part... who will give her job...

why feed her like a liability all thru life from parenting to husbanding... (she will do all tricks of trade to survive...)

laws should be equal and not gender specific... why cant our judges form a panel and suggest the sleeping judicial ministry to amend laws...

alimony maintenance etc is for dependence... she should not be dependent in the first place... she has self respect to feed on...

otherwise you see cases of adultery alimony maintenance 498a dowry harassment etc...all linked to money... if she has her own money why will she be first a dependent...

he does not need to pay any amount / attention to the VOID Marriage Wife.

file petition u/s 11 of HMA.

act fast. file the case before wife files RCR.

its a case of void marriage - sec. 11 r/w sec. 5 (i)

its not voidable marriage - sec. 12.

498AVICTIM , IS CORRECT , IT SHOULD BE APPLIED FOR BOTH. WHY ONLY MEN IS BEHIND THE BAR...LET NCE WOEM ALSO CHECK THE BARS.
