Need suggestion on padgi house

Hello Sir, Need your suggession as I have a house on my dad's name in Mumbai in Pagdi system. And my step mother is living there after my dad expired, We got separated as she torchered and humiliate my wife. After my father passed away I went there for "Shraddh" she filed false NC against me which I proved wrong in poice station. Now since house is in pagdi system I need to pay home rent but due to NC I'm not able to do so. Can anyone please reply whether I can put cross NC or is there any way to pay the amount and get things documented. Or as per law is there anything which can help me. Waiting for your guidance.
