I have property of area measuring area 1500.Sq.Ft, out of that 750.Sq.Ft is regularise & remaining is desputed with land lord, he was not interested to get regularise desputed area & also he wanted a rates as per market value. We are using that property from last 32 years, our electric & tax bill address is also on the same address.
2 Year Back Land Lord had sell out the desputed area of 750.Sq.Ft, to some anti social element person with very much nominal value of Rs.2.00 Lac. He had done Sales to Agreement paying Stamp duty & after that Sale Deed was executed at Sub Registrar.
4-5 months back that Anti-Element Person is died in gang war & now his brother is contacting me to clear out matter, he is asking me Rs.15.00 lac for said property which i am not able to pay amount.
We have possession of desputed area from last 32 yr.
I am seeking valuable suggestion & am very gretful if anbody from forum can able to help me.
