Hello Sir/Madam,
I have an ancestral property(building with 4 shops). A rented it to a person, who is residing in all the 3 shops for almost 20years now. My father took some(6Lacs) money from him, not as a huge sum but every now and then, my father used to take 1000/2000 or so...
Now, i'm thinking to demolish the building the start a new construction in the same place. But the tenant is not ready to vacate the building unless the amount is paid back. Tenant is still holding the agreement for the next 1.5Yrs.
The whole building is registered on my name and now i'm the whole and sole of the proeperty.
Can anyone please help me on this....?
