i want to second court marriage but some difficalty with my marriage . i dont have divorce parer about my first marriage becouse its all in my family's control so without join i m able to second marriage or not ? and aslo i have need do arya samaj marriage .its complasary or not ?
if yes then how and if no so why ?
its verry important for me please give me advivice.

Without civil court decree for divorce you cannot go for second marriage.

if you know your previous order copy number or dated on order then go which court gave divorce degree you can apply certificate copy, after that you can married.
