Need help

Hello,

I have purchased the property from one Lady in total cash  transaction and transfer/sale deed was not registered as per lady's request to do after some period. But due unknown reasons Lady did not return and was untraceble for more than agreed period of 3 months. Later we went ahead & did the single party registration by paying required stamp duty. Due to certain domestic issues she has indemnified us through Indemnity bond for original documents of flat which she could not submit during the transfer/sale deed execution. Society has also transferred the flat on our name sans duplicate share certificate (covered through indemnity bond)

This property was solely on this lady's name without any nominee. She was a concubine of someone and now legal heirs of that person are demanding the property back from us by producing the death certificate of that lady after 6 years through Letter of Administration

This lady and the her paramour both have died and transfer/sale deed is signed before her death (as per her death certificate). They have obtained the letter of administration given on the name of their father (paramour of this lady) and included this property also  into it.

wanted to know what rights do the children of that person who was paramour of this lady will have on this property which was solely on her name without nomination

Please suggest
