Need a help on my site

There are two layout plans happens, the one who got the site in initial layout have 30*46 feet measures but now in the current layout plan the measurements are different ....30*40 the one who brought in old plan is claiming that 6 feets now in the current layout .....which is laying in my site and he is expanding the compound now .....please help me to proceed with this case ....
