Hello,
My passport, education certificates, etc. are in “Ramakrishnan” name. And, some of the other documents (home loan, registration of my current apartment, salary certificates, bank account name, etc.) are in “Raman”. I would like to know if it would create any issues and what would be the remedy for this.
Is there a way that I can maintain 2 names like "Ramakrishnan is also known as Raman". My signature is Ramakrishnan only at all circumstances.

two names creates many difficulties in future better to go court for that

Make an affidavit that both the names Ramakrishnan and Raman are of mine only. I am known by both the names"

Do as my ld. brother Mr. Rajeev adviced you but not by an affidavit - get the same published in officia gazette of your state - for that, you need to contact your RDO (Revenue Divisional Officer) they will guide you the process.
